Mar 22, 2019  i just installed firewire card to my motif xf. My laptop doesnt have a firewire port. Can this be solved with a simple usb to firewire (ieee) adapter? We would need more information to answer definitively. What type of laptop? What type of 'simple' USB.

Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C)
